How Your Whole Story Can Heal Your Life (FREE gift!)

It’s here! It’s here!

Create Love and Balance

I’m so excited because I’ve been working for quite a while on a free gift to share with you and I’ve finished it!

What are you even talking about, Mica?

Well, there’s a process that I have used, and I have encouraged others to use, to help get through the tough times. It’s called the Whole Story.

Specifically, the process explores how I bridged the gap between what I expected to happen as a woman with children and what actually happened as a woman with children.

Let me be crystal clear here. I LOVE being a mother. It has changed me, strengthened me, and has truly been one of the greatest experiences of my life.

I LOVE being a mother (I write a blog about it for crying out loud!).

I love my children more than they can even imagine. I can barely hold how much I love them sometimes.

AND . . .

BUT . . .

You must understand . . .

It’s been crazy hard and very dark and near impossible at times.

Because of that, I want to share a process with you that has helped me tremendously. I hope you’ll take the time to indulge in yourself and, thus, indulge in your life. You’re worth it every moment of every day.

If you’re signed up for my weekly emails, you’ll be receiving an additional email soon with the links to  your Whole Story Kit. It’s a free gift that I want to share as my way of saying thank you for being here with me.

If you are not signed up and you’d like to receive the Whole Story Kit as a free gift, you can sign up here.

This is what my Whole Story looked like the last time I did it:

I Celebrate Life With My Autistic Child I mourn

I have gone through this process many times over and it looks a little different each time, though there are common threads every time I do it.

Please take the time to read through the process as I think you’ll be glad that you did. And if you feel so inclined, plan an hour to sit down and really engage with thinking about all sides of the event you’re trying to come to peace around.

Of course, I’m on Facebook if you have any questions about this or if you’d like to share your results. They say being vulnerable is the way to go. 😉

So much love to you on this wonderfully crazy journey!

Mica
